TIME IS RUNNING,
addresses our transience in this world and plays with the concept of time.
The charcoal pencil at the end of a hand symbolizes the remaining time of a person‘s life, which becomes shorter and shorter the longer the clockwork turns. The charcoal pencil wears away, creating a pattern of carbon dust on the installation‘s white paper.
What remains is the dust of the charcoal.

handelt von unserer Vergänglichkeit auf dieser Welt und spielt mit dem Begriff, der Zeit.
Der Kohlestift, der am Ende eines Zeigers sitzt, symbilisiert die Restzeit des Lebens eines Menschen, die kürzer und kürzer wird, je länger sich das Uhrwerk dreht.
Der Kohlestift reibt sich ab, wodurch ein Abriebmuster des Kohlestaubes auf dem weißen Papier der Installation entsteht. Was übrig bleibt, ist Kohlenstaub.
